It is important that I emphasise this goes along with your daily diet and does not mean you can skip meals by taking all these supplements.

I must admit, I am a huge fan of supplements and do take all of the above because not only does it generally make me feel better knowing I am helping to improve my own health, but the fact that the combination is helping so many aspects. I tend to take 5 or 6 days a week (preferably work days) and then take a day or two off vitamins when I know my day is relaxed and not so strenuous.

I always feel more alert and energised when I take the supplements.
