Glucosamine is a well known supplement for helping the health of joints and relive joint pain; this is also combined with extra ingredients that also help the cartilage.

This is an amazing supplement to help reduce inflammation and pain in joints. We receive a lot of positive feedback; there are very few people who have said it doesn’t work for them. You can feel a difference anywhere between 2 weeks up to 3 months. One thing you will notice, if you stop taking for a couple of weeks, is pain starts to creep back in so this is something you need to take continuously.

I dropped down to taking 1 a day (500mg) but during the winter months I needed to increase my intake and took 2 a day (1000mg) during the winter months.

Quantity: 90 tablets

Directions: Take 1 – 3 a day.

The directions on the bottle state 3 a day but you could start with 3 a day for the first month, 2 a day for the second month and then remain on 1 a day. It really depends on the severity and discomfort of pain.
