Milk Thistle is a well known herb for helping to detox the body and specifically the liver.

This really is a great herb to take and more specifically if you want to go through a detox time or after a holiday of binging.

Personally I take on a day and then if I am going out for drinks or had eaten a lot of bad foods I will increase the dose to 2.

This is really good to help reduce the symptoms of a hangover and can even stop one occurring at all.
