Directions: It would be beneficial to take Purifi first thing in the morning. From our own experience we would only recommend taking two a day. If you take any more for some it caused a laxative affect.

Take for a two week period, and then you must rest for at least two weeks.

You could also take this product at various other times, just as a hangover cure, as and when required, it may be suitable after a period of over indulgence e.g. Christmas, holidays, and heavy weekends.

Warning: If you are taking for the full two weeks, it would be advisable to try taking a couple on the first day to start with to make sure you can handle all four capsules in one day, as we mentioned it did cause a laxative effect. Do not use this if you are taking other dietary supplements which may have a diuretic effect. Do not take if you are taking any prescribed medication. Do not use laxatives when abdominal, nausea or vomiting are present. If you notice a sudden change in bowel movements that persist over a 2 week period consult a doctor before taking the product.
