If you are looking for a fat burner that will give you an energy boost, a greater gym workout, this is for you. It contains a lot of caffeine and is a great antioxidant. It is a really good product and probably not as harsh as the Ener-Lean or Grenade but works just as well.

It is an advanced version than the previous Xenadrine and what really stands out about this product is the fact it keeps emphasising you need to combine this fat burner with a diet and exercise programme.

We would emphasise that each serving is equivalent to 3 cups of coffee so if you don’t have caffeine in your diet currently take with caution.

It contains the active ingredients for the Green and White Tea.

Having recently taken this product I think it is amazing; the ingredients are unique to this product and it is a good mix, so it helps the body in numerous ways. It is classed as Hardcore strength. The Ener-Lean helped more so for suppressing the appetite than Xenadrine yet the boost that it gave you during a workout and for the day was amazing. 

It really did give me a feel good factor and enhanced concntration during work times.

A novelty idea was the colour of the capsules, which was the same colour as the bottle and each capsule is labelled with the name of the product which I thought was a fab idea.

Although it states to take up to six a day I found this far too much and couldn't sleep at night so only took 3 in the morning. I still worked up to the 3 a day to ensure I was alright with the ingredients..

Directions: 3 capsules preserving to be taken twice a day. Take with water 30 to 60 minutes prior to a meal. On training days take one serving before you workout. Consume 10 glasses of water daily. To assess individual tolerance, follow the instruction:

Day 1-3 1 cap, 2x daily

Day 4-7 2 caps, 2x daily

Day 8 & beyond 3 caps, 2x daily
