What is it?

Sida Cordifolia is a herb mainly found in India and Brazil. It is a great fat loss supplement that also helps the body in a variety of ways: not only does it affect the nervous system so increases energy to help you burn fat; it also helps lower blood sugar activity which means it reduces storage of fat within the fat cells.

Would you be able to advise on what product might be best for a man wanting to lose fat from the abdominal and flank areas? I have tried sida cordiofolia and have trimmed down a little but I am having considerable difficulty in removing fat from these difficult areas. From Lee (1^st Jan 2010)

Many thanks for the email. Whenever you take a thermogenic product such as Ener-Lean, Sida Cordifolia or the Pink Grenade they are most effective first thing in the morning taken on an empty stomach. If you combine this with cardio you create an environment where your body uses fat for energy. Secondly, by doing this first thing in the morning will raise your metabolic rate and your body will burn more calories throughout the day. However, if your diet is poor no end of pills will help. Remember they are supplements (NOTE the word supplements).
