How the Personal Plan works:

When you place an order for your personal plan we will respond within the next 24 hours with a list of questions, you must answer honestly and truthfully, we will require information about your physical goals, health, and lifestyle. From this information Mr NoBull, the man with an extensive knowledge of training the right way, supplements and diet, will gain an understanding of your lifestyle and goals, he will then be able to adapt a plan to suit you, that focuses on you reaching your goal, and most importantly fits in with your lifestyle.

You will then be sent your Personalised Supplement Nutrition and Training Plan within the next 3-4 days.

Once you have received the plan we don’t want you to feel you are doing this on your own. You can drop us an email, give us a ring if you feel stuck demotivated. From experience it is very easy in the first week to feel excited and determined but these feelings can sometimes slip after a couple of weeks. So keep in touch we want to help your achieve your ideal Super New Bod.

Warning: When filling out the questionnaire you must be honest; it is vital, we need to know if you have an illness, allergies, bad reactions, physical abilities, all this is so important because we don’t want to give advice when it could cause adverse reactions. We will be asking personal questions about your lifestyle, your diet is like, daily physical activity; we basically want a snap shot of a ‘day in the life’ of you.
