What is it?

Thermo Fusion is a fat burner with a fantastic formula that is probably, out of all our fat burners, the one that will give you the least side effects with regards to feeling anxious or shaky. The main ingredients are amino acids which the body needs and get help on more ways than just fat burning. It is a great product to help increase you energy levels and a better sense of well being.

Should I take it?

If you find the ingredients to be too powerful with regards to feeling ‘jittery or they bring on anxiety. This is a great formula to try out. If you are looking for a supplement to aide your workout, to feel more enrgsied and able to push yourself harder it would be useful to take.

You can take up to 12 a day, but you will need to test yourself with product to make sure you can tolerate the ingredients. Some may find that taking the full amount may be too much, so you may only require half the stated dose.

Directions: 4-12 a day

Start by taking 2 capsules before breakfast and lunch to assess your tolerance for the first couple of days. Then take up to a maximum of 4 capsules before each meal or before a training session.

Warning: Do not use if you are under the age of 18 also do not take if you are pregnant or lactating. If you are taking medication please consult a health professional before taking and do not take with other stimulants or products containing caffeine alongside Thermo Fusion. Taking this product may result in hot flushes and sweats. Do not exceed 12 a day and is taken late in the day can cause a disrupted sleep.
