Firstly please check the ingredients to make sure this is suitable for you, that you can are able to take the ingredients.

Taking this product myself I found one serving in the morning was plenty for me. It is great there is the option to take varying amounts, but I did find this to be a strong formula. One or two capsules in the morning was all I needed, as we are all different you may need different amounts than myself. It is a case of trail and error to find what suits your body. I found taking two a day was sufficient but as I dropped body weight I only needed 1 capsule. If you are find it difficult to tolerate stimulants, you may feel a little shaky.

Some guys have found that even at 14 stone, 1 capule per serving was all they could tolerate.

Once you have taken it for a couple of weeks the you may find you are able to increase the amount to two capsules per serving.

Directions:

• If taking as a Training aide - 1 or 2 caps to be taken 45 minutes before training
• Taken as a Fat burner - take 1 or 2 caps with breakfast and lunch/early afternoon.

We would advise to start taking 1 capsule per serving to make sure you can handle the ingredients for the first three days, you can increase after three days to the full amount of 4 a day but to be hones you will probably only require one a day. If you find the full 4 capsules too much reduce amount by half or you can just stick with one a day, it all depends on your body and what it can with stand.

Warning: Do not take for prolonged periods of time. Take for a maximum of ten weeks and before you start a new cycle you must have at least two weeks rest.
